Wonderful opportunity for an inspiring individual who has previous experience as a Spa Manager, with a proven track record! Previous 5 Star Experience is required and preferably previous Bush lodge or Island Retreat experiences a plus. The ideal candidate for this role will have a natural affinity for people, and be charming and hospitable. They will have a proven track record as a high achiever and will have a broad interest in therapy. As the position requires close work within a small team, the person needs to be of a generous and compassionate disposition. The person needs to be well groomed and presentable and be able to work long hours when required. A high degree of professionalism would be essential, due to the nature of our clientele and the market in which we operate. The person will have two therapists reporting directly to them. This will be a hands-on role and you will be required to provide treatments as well as manage the spa. Residing in a very beautiful and remote location should be viewed as a bonus.
We require someone who understands that living conditions in a remote area have different benefits and challenges to that of living in an urban environment, and who would be prepared to share accommodation with one other person should that be required.
SALARY: R8000 per month (plus commission), although salary can be negotiated for exceptional candidates – accommodation provided too!
